Cancellation & weather policy.

Please review these terms before requesting a session.

Confirmed training sessions

48 hours’ notice

Cancel or reschedule a confirmed session at least 48 hours before its start time at no charge. If you have already paid, choose a new date or a refund for that session.

Late cancellations & no-shows

Cancellations or rescheduling with less than 48 hours’ notice, and missed sessions, are charged the full agreed session fee. Court rental already included in that rate is not charged again. For a group, this means the fee for the player’s booked spot. If illness or an emergency comes up, contact me as soon as possible; I’ll review the circumstances individually.

Coach cancellations

If I cancel, you can reschedule or receive a refund for that session if you have already paid. You will not be charged a cancellation fee.

Outdoor weather & court safety

The coach may cancel or move a session when rain, lightning, extreme heat, poor air quality or court conditions make training unsafe. I’ll contact you as early as possible. An alternative indoor session requires your agreement on the venue and any price difference.

Indoor sessions & travel

Indoor sessions normally continue in rainy weather. If the venue closes or the coach cancels because travel conditions are unsafe, the coach-cancellation rule applies. Contact me promptly if you cannot travel safely.

Requests and communication

An unconfirmed inquiry can be withdrawn at any time. For a confirmed booking, text (647) 971-9211 or email urazhoops@gmail.com to cancel or reschedule. You can also reply in our booking DM conversation. The time I receive your message determines the notice period. All deadlines use Toronto time.

Late arrivals & payment

Please message me if you are running late. Sessions still end at the scheduled time. Cancellation fees are paid by the agreed payment method before the next booking.

Bookings within 48 hours

If a session is arranged within 48 hours of the start, I’ll explain that the free-cancellation deadline has already passed and ask you to expressly accept the terms before confirming.

This session policy does not limit any applicable statutory cancellation rights.
